Before you call
The questions we get most.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
We assign your home to a team and keep that team on your home whenever scheduling allows. We will not promise the same individual every single visit, because people take vacation and get sick, and we would rather be straight with you than break that promise later. What does not change is the checklist and the standard.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Yes. Every person who enters your home is background checked, and Clean Casa carries liability insurance.
What products do you use?
We bring our own supplies to every visit, so you do not need to have anything ready. If anyone in your home has a sensitivity, or you would prefer we use something you already own, tell us on the call and we will note it on your home's card.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring clients are not. You can leave a code, a key, or a garage entry, and we will follow whatever access instructions you set.
What happens if something is not right?
Call or text us within 24 hours of your clean. We come back and make it right, or you do not pay for that visit. We would rather fix it than have you live with it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your home's size, how often you want us, and what you want covered, so we quote it on a short call rather than guessing at a range here. Whatever number you hear on that call is what you pay. No trip fees, nothing added to the invoice later.
